1. Agreement

By accessing or using Rabt.dev ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Rabt.dev provides AI-assisted content generation, scheduling, and publishing tools for social platforms including LinkedIn and X (Twitter). You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for content posted to them.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect third-party platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.), you authorize Rabt.dev to act on your behalf within the scopes you grant. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or infringing content, to spam, or to violate the policies of any connected platform.

6. AI-generated content

The Service generates suggestions using AI models. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rabt.dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
